Refund policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and cancel your order. This does not apply to any products that have a health protective or hygiene seal (this includes the P.Happi® Intimate Serum) if that seal has been broken.

To help us process your cancellation more quickly, please have your order number ready or include it in the email you send to us.

If you have purchased P.Happi from a store please consult with the store you made the purchase from regarding their returns policy. Any returns must be unopened with the tamper seal intact.
